It was Dawson's last soccer game on the 21st and he has defiantly improved since last year. He totally gets it and knows what to do. Its been so much fun watching him grow in a sport it is actually unbelievable what a year does to a kid. He just gets the ball and takes it to the goalie if it doesn't go out of bounds or kicked away but he really has done so good this spring I'm so proud of him!! Good Job Dawson!!

Dallee's 4th birthday

We celebrated little miss Dallee Jo's birthday Early this year because we had family down for last soccer game and dance recitals so Dallee had to decide weather she wanted it on the 21st or the 28th when her dad got home and she wanted most of he grandparents there so thats when we had it and she ad a blast!! I think I am still in shock and can not believe that she is really 4. Where does the time go? Why does it go by so fast!?! So we had her birthday party and later that night was her dance recital. I'm so proud of her she is becoming quite the little dance, dancing to her own beat.

I have not been doing so well on keeping my blog updated, It really has been almost 8 months since I have wrote anything in here.....Wow where does the time go? Well between watching kids, a new baby and running my older kids to school, dance, soccer and whatever else needs to be done in the mean time life gets crazy but a good crazy.

September: Dawson started kindergarten which he loves and he is learning so much every day. Dallee started preschool and dance so she has been super busy. Dawson turned 6....I cant believe he is getting so big it just makes me super sad=(

October: Chablis had her beautiful baby girlon the 29th. She was born on the same day as my mom, my mom was super excited for that. They named her Braylei Anne. My kids had a blast going trick or treating with the Cottams. Dallee was the barbie fairy and Dawson was a storm trooper.

November: We had Thanksgiving over at Chablis's house and the whole family came down...except Ryan because he had to work.

December: Finally December came, I thought it would never get here!! On December 3rd God blessed my little family with a healthy baby boy we named him Dreydon Jay. He has been such a good baby we love him so much..... Lets just say with a older brother and sister he never gets to many hugs or kisses=)

I know I am leaving out a ton but I'm just going to have to leave out a few months and make myself update more!!

A couple of weeks ago we took the kids to Lagoon and they had a blast riding on all the rides that they were tall enough for and trying to win stuffed animals. Some of there cousins got to come with us and the kids loved having them around. Its funny to me that no matter what you do and how much fun they have they always talk about the hotel and swimming the kids just love it and keep asking when are we going to go stay in another hotel.

My baby girl is turning 3 tomorrow and she is super excited for her birthday party. We are just having a few friends over for little slip and slide/pool party. I ask her what she wants and here are a few of her answers: pink bubbles, barbie doll or baby doll and they have to be pink too. I asked her what kind of birthday party she wanted and she said pink.....as you can see she loves the color pink. I love it and I am in shock that she is already 3, time has just really flown by.

Kanab 10K 2010

This is my 3rd year in a row running the 10K in Kanab with some of my family. Im not a very fast runner but every year I have beat my own time and thats all that matters to me. It has been fun to run with some of my old class mates and others that I've known throughout the years, its one of my favorite runs. This year I ran with Chablis, her husband Marty and my nephew Weston. They all did such a great job......Im proud of them all.

Easter 2010

We went to Kanab on Saturday to spend some time with my family for Easter and we had a blast. We started the day out at the coral pink sand dunes rolling Easter eggs down the sands....I think me and my brother Ryan had more fun rolling easter eggs than the kids did=) Then we headed to the sand caves to gather all of the different colors of sand. We got done at the sand caves and headed for Kanab for a picnic at the park where we ment more of our fsmily and friends for some yummy food. We also did a easter egg hunt for all the kids, they all loved it. After we left the park we went and seen Dustins Dad and his girlfriend and the kids got even more easter stuff and candy to fill up on....all and all we all had a great time, with lots of family and friends=)

R.I.P Papa Ed

Our uncle Ed passed away last Sunday of a heart attack very suddenly and to be honest I am still in shock!! My kids call him papa Ed and loved him dearly, he just came and stayed with us about a week ago while he was taking some refresher classes because he is an electrician. My kids just couldn't get enough of him.....Dallee literally sat on his lap and they colored for hours and talked and talked. He was literally one of those people that always told you that he love you and appreciated you.....Just a great guy all around. We will miss and love him deeply.

We had a good halloween this year. I took my kids out about 6ish and we were home by 7:00 we walked about 2 blocks and they were ready to come home, so that was easy enough for me. They are already talking about what they are going to be next year, they just love to dress up.

My sister Chablis ran the St. George marathon last weekend and did awsome for her first marathon her time was 3hrs and 53min which is amazing!!! I kept asking her how long she thought it would take her or what time she thought she would finish and I am glad I didn't listen to her because she said it would probebly take her over 4 hrs or probebly after 11:00 well we got their 10:20 or so got a parking spot and the place is absolutly packed I could find a place for all of us so I just got up on the bleachers and a few minutes later here she comes and I can't even beleive I got to see her finish it was such an awsome feeling to watch her I just know how hard she worked to run it and I am so proud of her for acomplishing her goal=) Chablis you are so amazing and I am so proud of you!! Maybe I will be able to run it with you within the next 10 years or so......hahaha love ya

Dawson turned 5 on September 27th and I can't believe it has came and its been almost 2 weeks later....so sad. He just had his birthday party though and it was such a beautiful day we really couldn't have asked for better weather=) He has been into soccer lately so he wanted a soccer birthday party and all the kids had a blast eating cake playing at the park and trying to break the pinata it was a really fun birthday party.

Well I went to Escalante last weekend to get my kids because they stayed the week with grammie and papa. Which Dawson had so much fun he told me to come and get him when its Christmas....I swear that kid is such a character he just cracks me up!! So I get to go over there again this weekend to pick him up again but this time he is coming home!! So while I was over their me and my good friend took the kids to calf creek for a few hrs and the kids loved playing in the creek. The next day I took them for a rhino ride up to Blue Spruce it was fun Stephen rode up their with me and the kids and we met Diana, Shana and Ed up their. We just had a little picnic and played in the water but it was so much fun...I'm planning my next camping trip up there....Hopefully the bears don't get us=)

Almost every year we go to Escalante for Pioneer Day, they always have alot going on their and the kids have a blast!! Most of Dustin's family goes too so we all get to spend the weekend together, so our weekend started out on Friday with the kids rodeo where Dawson rode a sheep which I didn't get any pics of him riding because I was videoing so you will see the after photo. Saterday starts with the parade, lunch,Rhino ride in the poring rain to the carnival, then Diana had dinner for everyone at her house followed by the fireworks. Its My biggest brother Macks birthday today!!! This is a picture of him and his beautiful wife and kids, which was taken awhile ago because his kids are older and they have had twins since this was taken=) Any whoo Mack is my biggest brother and I don't know why but I hold a big place in my heart just for him!!! It was Dallee's 2nd Birthday on the 26th of May but we didn't have her party until the 30th so Dustin could make it. I am still in shock that she is already 2 I really just can't believe how fast time is going by. It seems like we were just bringing her home from the hospital and now she is little miss independent. She has been all girl from day one drama and all. She definitely holds her own as she tries to do everything Dawson does. Dallee you are such a blessing to your family we love you tons!!

We went to Escalante last weekend for Memorial and we had a great time. We got there Friday and didn't come home until Monday morning. The weather was perfect it did rain off and on but it made it that much nicer and cooler. On Sunday we went on a little picnic and got to do some riding, hiking, shooting and eating yummy food!! Dawson and Dallee had a blast just running wild.

Dawson had his Preschool graduation on the 22 of May he was so excited they had a surprize to show the parents and they all marched in a circle and sang a song it was pretty cute. Dawsons preschool is right next to our house he thinks he's so big because I let him walk over by his self. It has been so nice and convenuant having it next store. He is getting really excited for next year!! Dawson we are so proud of you, you did awsome!!!

Renee had her babies and they finally have names at first they were calling them baby A and baby B and now their names are Sara Kate and Samantha Anne for short(Sari and Sam) I think its so adorable!! They were born on May 9th around 11:30pm everything went well and they get to come home in the morning as far as I know. I am so excited for them I can't even stand it and I can't believe I haven't got to hold them yet.....Hopefully soon though!! Congrats Mack, Renee, and kids Love you all!!

This was the second year for me and my sister Chablis to run the 10k they have in Kanab over mothers day weekend. Last year we ran it with my sister in-law and her kids, they weren't able to run this year but I am looking forward to having them run with us next year!! Chablis kicked it in gear and got second in her age group and I got 9th in my age group but I beat my time from last year by 20 min so I am so excited about that!! Chablis beat her time too and that was our goal. My cousin Tyson ran too he was just behind Chablis I think. It is such a fun race and you can't beat the beautiful scenery you get to see on highway 89.

A couple of weeks ago we went up North for my nieces baptism it was so good to spend some time with my family up North!! My sister Jenea did a awesome job on everything she is so amazing. Diaca was so excited to get baptized and she was just beaming the whole day!! I was able to stay at my sisters house and got to spend some time with her wonderful family and I also got to stay at my brothers house and got to spend some time with them and I loved every minute of it!! Ok bear with me I have alot to catch up and I can't download any pics because my camera or computer wont let me or I just cant figure the darn thing out so pics will have to come later. So any who Dustin and I took the kids for a Rhino ride to see some Dinosaur tracks a few weeks ago, and the kids had a blast especially Dawon he just couldn't believe that those were really from dinosaurs. We stopped and ate our lunch we packed and then all the sudden it got soo cloudy and windy so we loaded up and headed back to the truck and just as we got the rhino on the trailer and in the truck it started pouring and I was so glad we weren't in the middle of no where getting rained on.

Today is My father in-laws birthday.....we just got done singing him happy birthday on Skype, I think it is so fun to be able to see who you are talking to and the kids love to see them!! Dustin and I got to live with him and Diana in Escalante for a couple of years which I am so thankful for because I got the chance to really get to now them, and they are truly amazing people I love them tons and am so thankful to be apart of their family. So Stephen hope you have a great birthday and sorry we weren't their to celebrate it with you!!

Last week was Dawson's spring break, he calls it summer break.....hahaha. I only got one day off so I took the kids swimming and Chablis and Melanie invited me and the kids to the Cottam farm to roast hot dogs and marshmallow's. My kids had a blast, Dawson played in the fire almost the entire night and Dallee just got to run wild. Cory got the horse out so we all got to go for a little ride on the their horse, it was alot of fun!! We need to do it more often! I am so glad Chablis has such great in-laws, they all are so good to us!!

It was my nephew Kashton's 5 year old birthday yesterday, he had his birthday over the weekend at the park by their house and all the kids had a blast playing in the sand. Kashton is Dawson's best friend so he was sad that Kashton is 5 and he is still 4 and that they are not the same anymore.....Its funny what kids think. So I just wanted Kashton to know we love him tons and we hope you had a happy birthday!!

Last weekend we took the kids to Las Vegas for a little fun get away. The kids loved it, they we so excited to go stay in a Motel they would of been happy just hanging out in the room. Dawson woke up early saturday morning so excited to go on all the rides at Circus, Circus and then it didn't open until 10:00. So we walked down the strip and showed the kids all the casinos and stuff by the time we got back to Circus, Circus I was tired already from the long walk, but needless to say it was open and Dawson and Dallee got to go on all the rides they were tall enough for, Dallee would get so mad when Dawson got to go on a ride and she couldn't, she thinks she's just as big as him, its pretty funny. Dustin got to eat at the Nascar Cafe and I even got a little shopping in so I would say the trip was a sucess everyone got to do what they wanted, andwe all had a blast!!

Last weekend we went to Escalante for Danica's baby blessing which we missed because the roads were too bad, but we finally made it over their. We got the chance to go sledding and it was a ton of fun. Just wish we could have stayed longer and got to play in the snow for longer.

YEAY....Diana is home!! For all of you that don't know she is my Favorite Mother In Law not only is she my mother in-law she is one of my dearest friend that I definitely look up too. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor after having a couple if seizures. So they went up to the University hospital on Nov. 3 to have it removed which they were able to remove the whole tumor and we found out that it was not cancerous which is the greatest news EVER!! She got out of the hospital on the 8th and finally got to come home on the 12th...That is AMAZING and she is doing great. So I am definitely counting my many BLESSINGS Diana is VERY dear to me and one of the nicest, greatest people in my life!! She is just one of those people that would do anything and everything for you! I have learned so much from her and I could only wish that I have an ounce of her kindness!! I just don't understand why bad things happen to such a great person!! I am just so thankful to have her in my life and to be apart of her wonderful FAMILY!! You are a blessing to Lil O me. I Love You and Thank God for YOU!!

We went to Escalante this year for Halloween so we could spend some time with Dustin's mom before she had to go in for surgery it was a ton of fun!! We kinda got there late but we still got to go trick or treating, we went to about 6 houses and Dawson was ready to go back to his Grammies house....that was fine with me...if you know what I mean. We ate dinner and a few of us went out to some of the Halloween parties. Fun, Fun

My Favorite Pumpkin Cookie Recipe

SSSSSSSHHHHHH....Nobody tell it is so easy and soo GOOD!!!

1 box of spice cake mix
1 15oz. can of pure pumpkin
1 bag or 1/2 bag of chocolate chips (depending on how much you like chocolate)
1 spoonful of sour cream(optional)

Mix only the cake mix, pumpkin, chocolate chips and sour cream together. Preheat oven at 350 and bake for 20-30min

We have had pumpkins coming out our ears....hahaha Well the pumpkin carving started at home on Saturday so we could carve some with Dustin before he had to go back to work. Then on Monday we went over to Chablis's house to carve the rest it was pretty fun. The little kids got to carve oranges or paint their oranges or pumpkins. I think it all was a success they got pretty creative in whatever they were doing. Dallee was either following uncle Marty around or sitting on his lap....She just can't get enough of him!! Any way here are some pictures of the kids and ALL their PUMPKINS.

To the pumpkin patch we went

Yes we went to the pumpkin patch it was soo cold I didn't get any good pics:( Oh well there is always next year. We did do the corn maze, witch was a bad experiment, the wind was blowing so bad every time I turned around the corn stokes were hitting me in the face I'm just too short!! I was kinda disappointed in the pumpkin selection they didn't have any pumpkins, so we got a couple small ones and headed for home.
